Names in signatures

come on, all the cool kids are doing it.

Alot of us have gotten to "know" each other from our addiction to this PMS stuff, and one of the great things about FTE is the personable reponses, to the new comers.

All you guys and girls that have been around here for a while, put your name in your sig just to let the new guys know we are real people.

I credit our oldest, youngest, most afflicted Power Stroker(Kris) with first doing this back last spring. I have started to see more and more since than.

If for some reason that you want your real name not to show then that is O.K. too, it was just asuggestion.

I agree. I used to add mine manually, but I decided to put it in the sig -- that's why some of mine old posts will have it as part of the response and seen in the "new" sig... Oh well, I figured it was worth having it in the sig, too.

One other trick on the sigs... You'll notice mine is completely an image. I made it in PowerPoint, saved it as a JPG, then uploaded it to my Verizon web account. My sig is actually just an image link. It's a way to get around the character limit (and let me use a different font for my name).

EDIT: Nice work, DOOD.

He's drinking beer and surfing the Diesel forums like the rest of us.

Be safe Tenn.

My stupid pool cover blew half off today and most of the leaves that were in it are now slowly sinking to the bottom. I an't looking forward to cleaning it. 'specially when it never got out of the 30s today, and probably won't tomorrow.
