Heres what the guys around here do to keep things simple. There are others , but I forget right now but will post when a friend calls me to let me know who made his. Look at the 99.00 kit. My buddy used this one on a 3 light system with led blinkers on rear, but it matters not where you use them. There is one group of rodders using to control the undercarriage neon tubes,(hokey IMO) when they cruise into the Sonic at night. I think it will be awsome to use in your application, and definitely one of a kind.

Finally got it put all together.
The unit is only about 3/4" dia x 2" long I strapped it to the head light bucket.
I used 24 led lights 12 on each side.

they'd be cool and they are junk . buddy has a bird with 'em he ripped it all out and wired it conventionally as he was tired ao donkin' with it . you can only have ambers on the front of vehicles here too and reds on the back and they just legalized bluedots on taillights not to terribbly long ago on older special interest vehicles . occassionally you'll see an bear with someone pulled over due to the illegal flourescent's under the vehicle . so read the dot rules before ya get nuts ! that's kool as hades too !!!
