`97+ E-van console upgrade
HI! I`m brand new to this site and I just discovered something which improved my E-van & saved me money. My `97 Winnie Motorhome is based on the E-van cutaway chassis. As such it came with the simple 1 cupholder console scabbed to the engine "doghouse". After seeing other `97+ E-vans with the much more versatile & useful console, I priced it at my local dealers. $368 for `97 E-vans (way too rich for my taste!). Then I noticed that the selfsame upgrade console is now an entry level item for `01+. On a lark, I priced the better console as a `01 part---$65! I doublechecked the interchangeability with my friends `01 E-van and it`s a piece of cake; fits perfectly. Part #YC2Z16045A36BAB. Mines on order, now. Mac
