I am not sure why, but i don't have the private message thing anymore. It just disappeared. What do i do wrong? It usually shows in the welcome, then your handle, but now it is not there.

Looks like they moved your other thread to an appropiate forum.
If you look at the gray tabs at the top of the screen, under the "MISC" tab there is a drop-down menu that has a link to support.
