Hello all...I registered so I could post a question about my 2004 F350 CC Diesel 4x4. I started having electrical problems all of the sudden since end of plow season last year when I used it one night for about 4 hrs straight. I have a Western 8' Pro Plus plow. At the end of the season I had an electrical problem, ABS light came on, radio flickered in and out, etc. Took it to a dealer, they said an ABS sensor went bad and batteries were ok...sensor replaced...$300 one month out of warranty...anyway, started plowing for 1st time this season and just had the same problem...I just changed the batteries last week...Interstate 850 cca's....don't want to kill them...I'm thinking its the alternator...how long will an alternator last in a plow truck? Wish they'd go back to all hydraulic plow units!!! Any help or advice greatly appreciated...
