Hello to all the members. I am new to this group . I am looking for some information and advice. I have a 1987 F350 regular cab Car carrier with the 6.9 diesel and 5spd.It has a 20' Chevron slide back. The cab on this truck is in bad shape, cab corners and body mounts rotted away.I am looking for ideas for removing the cab,I have a method in mind ,but would appreciate some input from some one who has done the job .I would also like to know how new of a cab I can install on this truck. If any one has a rust free cab for sale in the New England area let me know your price. Thak you Don

Hello Don and Welcome to FTE!

You will want to post your question in the tech forums since this one is used for introductions. You can click on the Forums tab at the upper left to browse over the boards or you can try this link: 1987-1997 F150 and larger

There are a couple others that will appeal to you so be sure and look around.

We also have a classified section, you can click on the Classifieds tab at the upper right and see if someone has what you what.

Good luck and enjoy the site!
