I noticed that some of the other chapters have monthly chat threads. I thought that I would start one here.
My name is Rick. I live in central LA. I have been around just not posted much. This chapter hsa been dead for a while. Robert is a friend of mine. He has been telling me to get my but in here and do some posting. Haven't had much time. Been wrenching on the bronco. I have to keep it running good so I can keep bloodhound out of a bind when he calls me in the middle of the night stuck.
Anybody have any good stuck stories. Or any other stories.
You asking for stuck stories. You are the one that called me stuck 3 DAYS after my son was born. Actually you wasn't stuck when you called. Some of your friends were. By the time I left you was REMEMBER. You couldnt open the doors on your bronco. And it sits on 40's. I guess that is what you get for trying to pull out a chevy that decided to play in the end of a swamp.
By the way have you decided to join the chapter yet? It is about time some of my so called friends decided to show up. Did your wife have to sign you on and find the website for you again?
Oh I forgot to mention how happy my wife was about that one. I think I got home about 1 AM. His truck sat there for 3 days untill we could find a dozer to get him out.
One of my buddies tried to cross my crawfish pond a couple of weekend ago in his '08 F250 lariat 4x4. The pond had about 2" of water in it then. His front air dam and licence plate holder was lost in the process. I was able to pull him out in with my F-250. Since then he has taken the street treads off and replaced them with 35's. We normaly don't drive through the pond but around 1:00 that morning it sounded like a good idea.
