I have a'95 5.8 and I get as good as or better than just about any 4x4.A couple of weeks ago ,I got 11.8 while towinng a car hauler and Escort sedan.Cold weather is the biggest enemy of my mileage.Some of the best mileage I have gotten was while towing our camper,a 13' Boler(15.8).
