I am freezing here!!!

I own a 2002 F-150 scab 4x4. On the passenger side there is a constant flow of cold air coming from somewhere under the dash. As it gets colder I notice it more and more. I was wondering if this was a design problem with these years or is something open or unplugged? Any suggestions are greatly needed!

Does it matter if the air is on or not? If so part of the air ducting might be loose. If not there might be a grommet in the firewall missing or something like that.

I was thinking it was a missing gromet or something along those lines! I cannot see anything "up there" behind the dash because of the crowding of parts but I was also wondering if there was any sort of openning under there?
