got some interior work done this weekend:
painted the interior, layed down some sound deadener, and started the wiring.
just need to lay down the carpet, wire up the amp, head unit, and speakers.
pics in the gallery and more to come...

Matt,
That peel n seal you used. That is what I have been looking for. I didn't want to spend alot of money on the other either. Did you just clean your floor good or did you have to scuff it up some. You done a heck of a job on that. I'm going to get some for my 51 and use on it.

thanks... u just have to clean the floor and not even that well. the stuff sticks quite well for the floor and back wall. however, when i apply it to the roof, under the headliner, i will probably scuff it and use so additional adhesive.

Great photos, I am getting near that stage, and will look out for that peel and stick stuff here in the UK. I know a few roofers so hopefully it is used over here. Real nice job ya done there, will be cozy and quiet. I haven't allowed for that much padding under my clutch pedal so may have to do some jiggery pockery to get all that sound deadening in place but thanks for the photos.. cheers.
your interior is lookin nice, especially dig those instruments and tilt wheel, are the instruments stock? your matte black paint job is cool too.
later on,
Nice Job Matt; Ihave 2 rolls of the stuff you used over the peel and stick left over from a job I did a while back. I thought I might be able to use it on mine. Now I know i can thanks. What did your steering colume come out of? If you don't mind me asking. Your truck looks real sharp.
