Electric problem
When I turn the key on my radio wont turn on and the windows won't roll down. It sometimes takes 2 or 3 minutes and then I will hear a click and the radio turns on. Has anyone run inito this problem before?

I think Beerstalker nailed it. The accessory delay relay (located in the central junction box near the drivers' side left knee) controls power door locks, power windows, radio and power roof. The relay could be on it's last legs or just loose.
There is a fuse (F2.42 also in the central juinction box) in series with that relay that feeds the radio and door locks. It is a remote possibility that the fuse is not fully seated.
