Yesterday my Bilstien HDs arrived from Shock Warehouse after being on backorder for a month and a half. I installed the Bilstien HDs on the rear of my 07 F250 PSD and no more oscillating! FIXED! Road tested down I25 N of Denver that normally makes I and my wife's face hurt..and everywhere else from bouncing. Smooth as silk! I can't believe it. And that is with nothing in the back. I replaced the factory Ranchos which I like. I put Ranchos on my F150 and love them. The stock Ranchos on the F250 are S%^t. So I thought I would throw that out here as I see it is a complaint from time to time...The bilstiens also help a bit with the swaying a low speed over bumpies. Proabably will replace the front shocks next year.. Mike
I hate the bouncing when empty......looks like i need to order up some shocks.
I always thought the stock shocks did a poor job of controlling the ride of these trucks.....didn't even think about a good shock stopping the bouncing.
And I don't believe that the "Ranchos" on the FX4 are real Ranchos (or at least not like what you would buy elsewhere).
Bilstien BE5-C296-HO for a 06-07 FX4 F250 Rear. The Rancho 5000 I had on my F-onefiddy were way awesome. Yep, I think the F250's are stock "shockmasters" just painted Rancho white. I was really surprised when the bounce disappeared on I25. I have bouncing down that stretch for months. Install took 20 mins, a MM socket and some silicone spray

Well I recieved the Bilstien rear shocks today and I do have to admit it is an improvement on the interstate at 70mph from the bounce I had before. thanks.
