Beefy Air Filter ?
I hate to admit it but I have been running a K&N filter and after reading and re-reading the filter test http://www.duramax-diesel.com/spicer/index.htm I have finally decided to switch back.

I am wondering if anyone has used this Ford approaved Beefy Upgrade:

yes its a very good filtering system. an upgrade to the stock system

It is also not cheap. Most folks in FTE are running the less expensive 6637 filter, which is also much better than stock in terms of BOTH air flow end filtration efficiency.

6637 is the way to go , unless you like spending money.

i didnt get one from pete but i sure copyed him LOL got all the stuff from Wally World mine is grey though
