Guys im having a hard time picking out a lift kit for my 04 ranger 4x4 i dont know if i should get the more expensive RCD 5" coil over conversion kit or Superlifts 4" lift...i dont know of any other lifts out there for a 2004 but if some1 knows of one please let me know!
i do go wheelin every once in awhile but no extreme rock crawling or anything...will the superlift still give me the clearance to roll over some rocks and deep ruts if they come my way on the trail?? thanks

Actually, the only thing that will really increase your ground clearance is taller tires. No matter how high your lift is, your differentials are always the same height off the ground. A torsion bar lift will raise the diff a small amount, but thats limited by the design of all the other front end parts (CV joints, etc.). The lowest part of the Superlift are the cross-frames used to drop the lower A-arms pivot points. The front diff is just as low as these frames. You can see a little of this in the photo.
So, to answer your question, you should avoid those big rocks
with the 4" superlift kit and bushwacker cut out fender flares could i fit 34" tires on my stock 16" wheels???? i want the lift but i might just go with t-bar crank and 33" tires for now
