stroked 300
I'm sure clifford makes a stroker crank for the 300, has anyone heard of this being used? Secondly would anyone know of someone using the 300 as the power plant to drag race a full size truck? All input appreciated.

I just started the whole 300 thing and its fun. I have an 85 Bronco (full size) that I plan on racing this year. I switched from v-8s to the six because I was tired of getting stomped by guys that had more money in thier Heads than I had in my entire truck. Anyway, right now this is the set-up and the possibilities are endless:
Wolverine racing cam and lifters
offenhauser alum intake
Holley 4160 carb (390cfm)
Mallory Hi-Fire IV ignition
Mallory Dist.
2800 stall
Z-gate shifter
Fuel cell
38.5x11.00x15 boggers 7" rims
Tranny cooler
If I had more $$$$$$$$ I would have punched her out and had the head rebiult but not this year.
