Flange hubs

Flange hubs
My brother has an '87 f150 with what I think are flange hubs on it. The hub come off the axle when you take the tire off.
I bought aftermarket hubs to find out they won't work with the flange hub style (I'll be putting them on my '90
).
The plastic on the turn ****?? is breaking down on his driver side hub. Is there a repair kit, aftermarket piece for this or will this be a dealer only item? Gonna go by the dealer and wanted to check what they will charge. I need a spare tire carrier for my '90 anyway.

Little outta my price range for a present for my brother lol.
Gonna see if the dealer offers some kind of repair kit. As its just the plastic turn ****.
