Another Bilstein Question
Since my truck is now "legal" 
and it's pretty much stock (I plan on upgrading a little at a time) I'm planning on changing out the stock shocks for some Bilstein's
I've got an 04 F350 4x4 5.4L Lariat Crew cab,
Are these the correct part #'s:
BE5-2818-H0 FRONT;
BE5-2819-H0 REAR
Found a set of 4 (the above #'s) for $249.00
What upgrades would you guys do next? I'm not planning on lifting it (yet...) but after the shocks I'm thinking of a performance exhaust

These are the numbers from their online shock listing. Not sure if the F4 means anything or not, but the rest looks good.
