engine transmission question

engine transmission question
I have an 86 F-150 4x4 302 fuely with an AOD and I was wondering what the plate in between the engine and transmission is called. Ive heard it called a separator plate, crush plate, and flex plate. Mine is broken around the starter and is rubbing on the flywheel and the starter doesnt bolt up right because of the missing piece so the ears on the nose cone break off. I just need to know what its called so I can search the internet for one or if anyone knows where i can get one any info would be greatly appreciated.

Well, it's not the flexplate. This place calls it a "engine plate"
