Well that's cool! I was unaware the stock rocker ratio is 1.6 on the 300-6. 82F150SWB do you know if I can increase the rocker ratio to 1.7, without causing the piston to slap the valves? I was thinking of rebuilding the whole valve train when I install the cam. Do you know if I can install bigger valves on the head for this engine? If so who makes these valves and what size are they?

SB Ch**y valves will fit, you'll need to change to CH**y retainers as well. Look at some of the posts here and on http://pub41.ezboard.com/bfordsixcylinderperformanceforum for details and discussion. Ch**y I6 roller rockers are 1.7 ratio and can be made to fit your head as well.
