Exhaust shop in LA Area

Hey Everyone,

Question; I need a repair shop or exhaust shop that can remove my original exhaust and install the new one I just got. I heard good things about a shop in Downey CA, but the quoted me $1000.00 for parts and labor… (they sent it out). This and their quote for a radiator flush being $80 over ford, makes me not want to use them.
In truth Im looking for two things:

An exhaust shop that will install my turbo back kit for some reasonable price.
A repair shop that is not over priced, yet competent. (My truck runs like a top, but there may be a time when it doesn’t, so I’d like to have developed a relationship in advance.

Thanx for any advice.

Give John Wood a call at John Wood Automotive and ask for his referrals (if he can't do it for you)...good guy...760-356-9421. He may not point you toward the cheapest, but he will point you towards the best. His shop is in Holtville, CA...about 200 miles from Downey (The Home of The Blasters).

Why not change it yourself? Took me 20 mins to get the old one off, ( with saw). Then 40 mins to install new MBRP SS turbo back, 4". Very easy, no problems at all.
