I need help. I own a 99 F350 CC DRW 7.3L. It has not given me a problem up until now. I ran this truck for about 2 hours with no problem and when I stopped it to get something to eat it would not start back. The very next day I got in it and it started right up. The engine seems to be running very rough. Someone told me it could possibly be the HPOP. Any information or suggestions would be appreciated.
Do you have any dash lights, check engine lights not operating normally? Does it always run rough or just sometimes? How old is your oil, air & fuel filters? Does the truck ever stall, or did you just have this 1 not start situation?
Welcome to FTE diehardford
CPS maybe. sounds like it, rough or dead one minute fine the next, free replacement from the dealer now!!!!!!!
or you have UVC harnes loose there worms up might stall it, cold will work lik a champ. HPOP would be the last thing to worry. .
and would be wise to have it scanned by somone that has a good scaner, so you dont have to throw expensive parts at it.
