did they come with the black plastic cap on the outside of the mirror

mine is broken and i cant find them anywhere and the dealer wants $38.xx for that little piece of plastic

the PO had it when it happened, the butternut truck hit it..and also broke the convex mirror the dealer wants $37.xx for.

Anyone know a cheap place to get these items?

I may just wait until next summer and replace them with the 04 towing mirrors with lights and heat
