my truck has the big air dam and the one touch start but i read that there would be a fob that would be with the truck if it had the tire pressure monitor, also it said that the compass would be in the rear view mirror which mine does not have.
Anyone who has the monitors should remind any tire store to be careful on removing and remounting tires. If done so improperly they will destroy the sensor. My 2008 Taurus has directions in the manual on how to etc. i have not checked the manual for the F350 yet.

You only get the TPMS reset tool (fob) if the factory tire pressure requirements are different front and rear. If you are supposed to run the same pressures front and rear then no fob is necessary or included.
