Problems with 02 sensors
Hi there I am a brand new member, my name is Oli Jon and am from Iceland, I recently bought a 5,4l from a F150 to install in my truck, our laws are not the same as the ones in the US so a am allowed to remove the catalyst converters from the engine, but doing that I will have problems with the second 02 sensors, dose anyone have an idea how I can go about it or know what the signal looks like from a healthy second 02 sensor in full function.

Problems with 02 sensors
A good downstream O2 sensor will not be very active. It's job is to monitor catalist efficiency so if it gets active it will set the CEL. In my experience it will run around 350 to 600 millivolts and not trigger a CEL.
