I just got my new ARE cap installed today. I opted for the rear swing doors, now I have an a 08 tailgate with step that I don't need. Anybody interested?
I was looking at my tailgate on my 2008 F-350 yesterday. I have the camera back up feature and the camera is built in right above the tail gate latch. It also looks like the quick release set up on the hinges is different, so that you cannot remove the tailgate like I could in my 2005 F-350. You might check those hinges for how you get the tailgate off, or, if your cap is already on, please let me know how you remove the tailgate.
