I have a 1997 Ford 150 Lariat. Recenty put a new radiator in it. Since then all the windows steam up when using the heater. The heater core is about 4 years old. Any ideas?
either your A/C compressor is not drying the air with the defroster on or you have a leak either in the heater core itself or on of the connections under the hood (fluid would follow the heatercore pipes into the cab. Was the cooling system flushed or pressure tested along with the radiator replacment? Maybe it caused the heater core to fail...
Check and make sure you have not set the heater controls to recirculate. You need outside air coming in to avoid the windows fogging up. If you have not set the control to recirculate, you may have a problem with a control not opening a door in the heater system.
