Bolt Kit

I am looking for maybe a prepackaged Bolt kit for my 1984 300HD. I am redoing the head again. I want it port and polished. And I am getting a different Cam. I would like to replace the manifold bolts, and head bolts. Anyone know where I can get a bolt kit?

1. Head and main studs from ARP

2. Manifold bolts from Stage 8

I got mine directly from ARP, and the Stage 8 Locking Bolts through Clifford, but you can get all through Jeg's, Summit, or PAW.

So I should pay the $10 for a Paw catalog? I have never dealt with them. I would prefer not to deal with clifford anymore because I wasnt happy with them. I spent $900 through Clifford and they couldnt even send me a free catalog. Know anyone that I can get a 290 cam from besides clifford?

Yeah--there are a whole lot of six-cylinder guys who've been worked over by Clifford--I'm one of 'em!

PAW always runs a $5.95 discount voucher in any of the mags they advertise in; there's an excuse for you to run out and buy your favorite mag!

I think really highly of PAW, also Jeg's and Summit--I have all three, and most of the time PAW is the least expensive.

I'm in the process of arranging with PAW to provide a 300 block/crank/rods/pistons for my project engine right now.

Jeg's and Summit have free catalogs--go to their websites and request one.

Go to all the cam grinders online catalogs, then buy their cam & kit through any of the above distributors. It's kind of a fun game, going around Clifford!

I really appreciate the help. Now I need to decide what to do with this cam I have sitting here. It has only 5,000 on it . It is The clifford 270 I think. I am gonna go for a 290 to really open up that motor.
