Wow a 6 liter in a jeep, imagine how fast that thing would go!
Morris I love that first powerstroke video, but I read somewhere it actually has a 12v(ithink) cummins in it.
Wow, so much for speed viewing.....!
I know that cummins can usually generate some more power in flat out racing applications, I`ll still gladly stick to my PSD for a real work truck that lasts and lasts.
I don`t race at the track and if I wanted to it`s way too much $$$$ for me to even want to think about.
Sometime when your really bored Morris you should research the whole cummins in a ford.
I know you like your navistar engine, but you may be surprised what you find out in comparison to a cummins!
Im not sure either why the 12v cummins is a good engine to do up for racing. I havent really looked into it, but I do understand that cost is a huge factor.
Na, I`d rather stick with the 7.3 in the 92 F250 4X4. It was due today go in for the rebuilt pump and injectors but got postponded to next week.
So far I like it, seems to run well and should make a good work truck. It`s set up with the 5 th wheel hitch ready to pull my triple axle flatdeck.
I`m looking for 4 used 235-245 X16 tires for it....
Hey i might actually still have a set of ten ply 245 75 16 goodyears sitting at my dads farm. I will ask him if they are still there next time I talk to him.
