I am a supporter, therefore I can add attached photos to my posts. I keep them no wider than around 300 pixels, and smaller if detail isn't an issue.
My problem comes when I want to EDIT that photo. For instance, I recently wanted to attach the one at the bottom here to a thread in another forum. I thought it should be "whiter" than it was, so I brightened it up locally, and deleted the old attachment and re-attached the new version of the photo.
All I get is no attached photo. It's as though I had never submitted one at all. I have never been able to add a photo to a post using the "advanced edit" feature.
Am I doing something wrong, does my browser need some additional functionality (FireFox), or is this just a function of the system?

On edit: It didn't let me attach the photo here, either!
I wonder if the following has anything to do with what I'm seeing:
When I go to my user control panel, and click on "Attachments" (under Miscellaneous), all I get is a white browser screen.
Frustrating, especially since it may be a browser setting, I have scripting and Java both turned on, and specifically allow both ford-trucks.net and ford-trucks.com complete access.
Any other Supporters have a problem editing an attached .jpg?
Why do I get only a white screen when I click on Attachments under Miscellaneous in my Control Panel?
It takes me to a screen at the following URL: https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/p...ditattachments
but absolutely nothing shows up but the blank white screen.
I have the latest version of Java enabled and use the latest version of FireFox.
Can anyone post a screen shot of what I SHOULD be seeing?
Just so we don't blame Mozilla, it does it with IE, too.
Do you really think only a couple more days? This new picture posting thing is a complete mess. (not like the old one was any kind of dream boat to start with - but at least after 6 months of repeated use you got down how to do it and it worked).
Guys in all the posts are complaining and there are a lot of guys looking for photo's of fixes that we can't post. I submitted a ticket a four days ago after not being able to post for 2 weeks and all I got was a "We're working on it." Think maybe "the man behind the curtin" could put something out about what the problem might be and when they expect to get this fixed? Very Frustrating!
