Where is jack handle

Where is jack handle
I have a 2003 F-150 and a flat tire. Where in the heck is the jack handle? It was not near the crappy little lug wrench. Any suggestions for the hidden handle. Thanks,

on my '97, its under the hood, clipped to the top of the radiator. It's a long skinny handle.
