Hood Release Cable?

Hood Release Cable?
Any one have any info on the hood relase cable. I cant seem to find one online. Mine is frozen open. The hood still closes, but the little lever by your feet is rusted open, cant seem to get it to move?
The part number I pulled off the handle is f2tb-16c656-aa
