ANybody remember this?
A little gas, a little oil
A little spark, a little coil
A piece of tin, two inch of board
Put it together, and you've got a Ford
My dad used to say that occasionally. I also heard it a few other places.
Anyone else remember it -- or something similar?
I googled it, and the only thing close was from a Model A club, but their words were slightly different.
I'm guessing that it actually started with the T model. Up until then, most
cars were pretty spendy.
Really be interesting to know the history.

^^ Model T ^^
The Model T was the perfect family car.
It had a hood for father, a cowl for mother and a rattle for baby.
