tough question
hey all, so i've got a set of brand new power window regs w/ motors from a crown vic, year unknown at this point (yes i'm aware that it's crucial i'll update when i have it) most likely early 90's... anyways i wanna put them in my ford ranger 93 regular cab sport. any idea if they will fit? and is there any way i can measure or check to see if they're the same? or maybe a site that lists parts which were the same for certain vehicles? thanks for any input you can give me, i know this is a tough one.

I don't know of a site that lists interchangeable parts...but around here (Winnipeg) quite a few of the wreckers have a program called "Hollander Interchange" by ADP. I have used them many times. Perhaps you could find a copy for download. The program tells you make, model, and years of compatibility for any vehicle (it also has pictures for interchangeable cosmetic pieces). I know you were looking for a yes/no answer, but this is the best I could do for you, hope it helps.
