That is correct, the Cobra has 4V heads and you have 2V heads. Totally different. Plus the throttlebody is in a different position which would mean you would have to fab a throttle cable and redo wiring to sensors. You would also have to fab up the cooling system for the intercooler. The Cobra's also use HydroBoost brakes, not vacuum assist.
