X-3 Not working
Hey I just got my X3. I went to plug it in today and load the stock tunes until I get the custom ones from Matt, but I get an error message with two code on top - VXCF5H5 - top and TQCK0T5 - bottom, then an error message that reads, vehicle not supported. I have installed the latest version of the firmware 1.1.126 but still get the same error code. Anyone know if this problem can be fixed?

You have to down load all the sporting files from SCT, and reload all the firmware and the software, In the SCT forums there is instruction how to do this.
On my X3 It would load the caned tunes but not the custom ones.
After you refromat you X3 and reload the firmware, and then reload you custom tunes it should work.

Diversith, just sent you an email. VXCF5H5 is the newest strategy from Ford and SCT's canned tunes require downloading the new firmware just as RedRider described. Our custom tunes don't require any updates however, so we will get them out to you ASAP.
