multi function switch 2000 F150

Does anyone know the procedure or have a manual that shows the replacement of the multifunction switch (turn signal switch) on a 2000 Ford F-150? I wouldn't mind going out and buying a Haynes manual or something similar if I knew if it would show this, but of course they are all sealed and you can't look at them before you buy them. If anyone has ever replaced one, I'd love to hear about it. Thanks much!

Multifunction Switch removal and Installation

It's pretty easy.

1. Disconnect negative battery cable

2. Remove lower shroud cover
a. Unscrew and remove the tilt lever, if equipped
b. Remove three screws
c. Unclip the lower cover from the upper cover and set aside

3. Remove the ignition key cylinder by turning the key to RUN, depressing the release pin under it with a punch, then pull the cylinder out.

4. Remove upper cover

5. Remove the MFS mounting screws (they're often Torx heads)

6. Disconnect the electrical connectors and remove the switch.

Installation is the reverse.
