These are the synthetic direct replacement Donaldson PowerCore air filters. That's what the 6.0 came equipped with from Ford.

EDIT: They generally don't need replacement until the Filter Minder shows it's necessary. These filters hold ALOT of material and typically last at least 50,000 miles.
