So earlyer this evening i was drivin my girlfriend home out the back roads of gresham as usual, and when i was comming down a steady hill and was using my brakes, i felt in my pedal a feeling that translates verbaly into kind of a... click click click feel... just thought it was weird. if its anything pulsating, i'ms almost 100 percent certain its my drums.... i swear those things are warped and out of balance... every time i stop i get a weird slow shudder... my front end brake components are new as of sept. 1...
RABS light does come on for 2-3 secs then turns off.
as long as i've owned the car, no the rear brakes have not been flushed.... probly needs a whole system flush, the fluid in the fronts were a merky brown vs. a yellowy clear, last time i looked at shoes on drums, they had weird cracks on the shoe surface, the springs were kinda old looking (most of the paint is worn off) as are the pistion thingys (calipers?)... looked kinda rusty too... ummmmmm... i think the left rear drum doesnt work, period, cuz it doesn't ever get warm and the shoes used to be installed backwards... I am going to be taking it to a shop to at min. have brakes flushed, and have all new drum parts (hopefully minus drums, if i need new ones i'm hittin up the bone yard) here soon, cuz occasionaly the right rear wheel will lock up if i press on the brakes too hard... I know jack about drums, and don't really have the patience for them....
