Unhappy Bad smoke

Hello guy's I have an 04 6.0 with 83,000.I've never had any problems with it until yesterday. It is blowing thick white smoke, until i give it throttle then it blows thick black. It smells like raw fuel instead of the sweet smell it usually smells like.I've been reading some of the post's on here and it sounds like a head gasket. My queston is when i bought it it came with an edge chip in it.Now what do I have to do to take the chip out so the dealer won't know it had one in it?Thanks

unplug the edge and plug the stock stuff back in and plug your manifold if it's tapped. if it's white and black and both smell like fuel, it's probably not the egr cooler. lol If my truck was doing that I would suspect bad injector stiction, depending on the variables that you didn't mention. good luck.

Fill the hole with a pipe plug. Sounds like you have leaking injectors, both white and black smoke is excess fuel. This needs to be repaired sooner rather than later as not only is the excess fuel diluting the engine oil, but if the leak is bad enough it can hydroloc the engine and cause serious engine damage.
