4 bbl and intake ?s

I am starting to understand the similarities and differences between the 351m and the 400 (as well as the 351c and the 351w) thanks to your guy's help. I was starting to look at some engine mods now that I understand things better and was looking at some products from Tim Meyer. However, I was curious on what intake and 4 bbl carb people use on a 351m. I might just upgrade to a bigger 2 bbl but I am interested to hear your opinions on what 4 bbl and what brand of intake to use with it. I am still making a parts list and I will have many many more questions coming up

the edelbrock dual plane intake or the weiand dual plane intake both are aluminum,and work very well . the 650 holley double pumper worked great on my stock 400 and if your gonna do that I recommend putting on headers they bring that intake and carb. to life..

thanks. I deffinatly plan putting headers and a custom exhaust on it.

I went with the edelbrock, and the holley truck avenger and what a difference. Took a little bit to get the holley dialed in, but it was well worth it.

I recommend the Edelbrock Performer or the Weiand #8010 intake, and the Edelbrock #1406 carb. I think that the Edelbrock carb is easier to tune than a Holley. Also get the off-road needle and seat, if you do any rough roads or off-road.
