CEL code help
1995 f-150 4x4 351 E4OD vortec supercharger (131,000 miles)
I got a check engine light today at moderate throttle use. I read the codes, and came up with:
334: DPFE or EVP circuit above the closed limit of 0.67 volts.
172: HEGO sensor circuit indicates system lean (right side)
The EGR valve itself is only about 2 years old, replaced just before I bought it. I had to replace the EVP sensor this summer, so it may be having problems again. The biggest question I'm wondering is if the EVP sensor errors are causing the lean reading from the O2 sensor? I would appreciate any help and insight on the matter. thanks.
