2004 F150 Ford 4by4 problem

I have a problem with my 04 .They call it a wheel nibble in the steering wheel .A back and forth movement of the steering wheel at high speeds.Has new tires with road force balance,new rack,drive shaft rotated 180 ,aligment done ,any info would help,smittydoes

just for grins and giggles, try adding more air psi.... i just had the same thing happen to me, when i rotated my tires, so i added about 8 more psi, and now it seems fine again.
