well you probably didnt get all of the oil out. take the radiator out and get it cleaned out, clean the resevoir really good, and use liquid CASCADE 4 oz at a time. the stuff ford recomends will not work at all.

When my cooler went out the degas bottle filled with oil but wasn't milky at all . Just look like an oil bottle filled with used oil.
