Fuel problems
I am having an issue where I am not getting any fuel to the injectors.
I have replaced both fuel pumps, fuel filter, and check the shutoff switch.
I can run a hot wire to the pump in the fuel tank and it runs fine?
Is my ECM out or how can I test this?

Can you give us a hint what year it is?
RV or Van?
What engine?
E150, E250, E350?
Does the fuel pumps come on for one second when you first turn on the key?
Without the above information you I can only say put a fuel pressure gauge on the fuel manifold with pin #6 of the VIP/DLC test connector grounded with the key on.
Is the fuel pressure normal? (40-45psi for an eight and 50-60psi for a six)
Does the Computer Power relay make when you turn on the key?
Does the Fuel Pump relay make when you turn on the key for one second and then fall out?
Can you get the computer to run a self-test and get codes?
