Just ordered a DP-Tuner today which will arrive in the next day or so. Tune options are:
Tune 0: Stock
Tune 1: 80hp Econo (Daily driving unloaded)
Tune 2: 60hp Tow High Altitude (I live at 8,3000 ft)
Tune 3: 100hp Performance
I was wondering if there are any installation gotchas or tips that you guiys have for the tuner. Also, are there any tips on using the tuner itself once installed (might seem like a stupid question, but I'm gonna ask it anyway).
Watch the movie and follow Judy's installation advice and it will be a walk in the park.
You will LOVE your new tuner. I got the stock, 60hp tow and 80 hp econo.

Excellent guys - looks to be straightforward. Thanks for the link.
I do have one more question though - is the 80 hp Econo tune designed to give better mpg than stock, or just a good mpg rating while providing more power?
when you talk to Jody..tell him how you want it..he will set it up that way..I wanted all I could get with my 80 E my MPG went down for the first couple of months..I was heavy on the foot a lot.. then as I got back to driving normal I gained 1 or 2 MPG...I live in the mountains and are roads here are very hilly, skinny and twisty..most of the time its all at the same time...before i got my tunes.. I would drive with OD off cause it would always shift out of OD..now with the 80 E it does not down shift any more cause the power is right there to lug in the slower part then bring me back up to speed after these twisty turns..
