I was looking online at the different leveling kits, and found some 3" leveling kits. With the 3" kit would I have to get the add a leaf for the rear so it's not sitting higher up front? Also is there any one brand you should stick to/stay away from?

IF you get the regular leveling kit, get Auto Spring. I'd go with a 2" unless you planned on putting something to slightly lift the rear.

Skyjacker(is a good guality lift) has a 3" lift that includes new front struts w/ 3" lift, and a add a leaf for the rear.

Bilstein has some struts that can be adjusted from 0-2" of lift, and IF I had to do it all over again, I believe I'd go this route.

I say I'd get the bilstein(coil over shock)struts w/2" lift, b/c I replaced the stock shocks already, b/c they don't last more than 50K miles any way.

So with them you get two things for the price of one! IF I wanted more lift than that, then the skyjacker 3" would be my choice.

I've done a ton of research about all of this, and these 3 would be my only options if I had to do it again.

You will need and alignment after you adjust the suspension height, b/c the Tow with be out, and would cause the tires to wear out very fast.

I got a AS leveling kit and installed it myself and got an alignment done all for $120.

THanks guys for all the input. I think I might just go with the 2.5" autospring kit. I don't want to spend too much. Just a quick cheap mod that will make a difference.

I see there is a 1'' kit ,would that be better so when you put a load in the bed it would still set level?
