72' with a six

I know this is for trucks but since I am amember and I have problem with my car and I hoping some can help me, I have a 1972 comet with a 250ci six, and the dash lights are out, I would like to check the fuse before I go about tearing apart the dash, but where on earth is the fuse box??? I can't find it!
Any help would be so apreceated

I'm not sure, but look in your engine compartment, at the firewall, for the largest bundle of wires. Inside of the car, opposite of where that bundle went in, historically is where the fuse box is.

The box is on the firewall just behind the brake pedal.
