Adjust tailgate on 03 Expy?

Adjust tailgate on 03 Expy?
Hello. Noticed that our rear window was catching the lip on the drivers side when you close the tailgate. Upon further inspection it appears that the entire tailgate is shifted somehow to the left and the door is catching at the top. Is this something that can be adjusted?
