Thermostat? Perhaps your old one is missing, or failed to the open position?
If you have a stock, or aftermarket, temperature guage on your dash, is it reading a good warm temperature while your heater core continues to blow cooler air?
It really is best to know what the rest of the coolant is doing elsewhere to diagnose this problem.
