I have a lifted crew cab long bed, 8in lift with 37's...It needs to be aligned bad! the one place I finailly found that said they would do it, fell off the alignment machine when it was only about 6 inches in the air...due to it being to long...now where do I try next to get it alligned? will a big rig place do somthing like this? I Need help guys its eating away at my tires and making it hard to steer...ANY help is greatly appriciated, thanks to all!
most places that can align big trucks could do it. If you don't know where look in your local phone book for a semi truck dealer close to you and ask them where they have it done. Best to call would be a volvo dealer as volvos are terrible about alignment from the factory so they end up sending a lot of trucks in for alignments and should know a good shop.
I know Rich at Central Tire in Laurel can do it. I had him work on my 97 a few times with no problems and he is really good. 301-498-7700 / 410-792-4771 I think.
His machine is in the ground so it won't fall off!! It would be worth the drive IMO. Where did Kris take his truck??
If you do end up coming down, let me know. I work in Laurel now and could come by and check out your truck!
